Located at the Delano Hotel, the Blue Door Restaurant is usually ranked as one of the top 10 restaurants in Miami Beach. The cuisine is mostly French, part Latin American and part Asian with tropical influences throughout. This place is popular for their Sunday brunch. After reading several reviews the consensus is that the food is good, but extremely overpriced. Expect to pay upwards of $40 or $50 for a plate of food. Burgers and salads are about $20. In other words, you’re paying for the location. Service has been accommodating, but unenthusiastic. People do come to this restaurant to see and be seen. Years ago, it was partly owned by Madonna.
